Earthquake Hits Haiti – Urgent Help Needed
On January 12, 2010 a 7.0 magnitude earthquake struck Haiti, collapsing buildings and affecting thousands. It was the strongest earthquake ever to hit the region.
The Red Cross responded immediately to provide shelter, food, clean water and medical care to the many people in need of help.
